Discover Xiaomi's latest Redmi Note 13 lineup with powerful Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 and Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipsets. Unveiling soon!
Xiaomi is preparing for the highly-anticipated launch of its Redmi Note 13 lineup, scheduled for this Thursday in China. This lineup consists of at least three variants: the Note 13, Note 13 Pro, and Note 13 Pro+. We have now received confirmation regarding the chipset that will power the Note 13 Pro. This forthcoming mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi will make its debut with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, Qualcomm's latest midrange chipset, which was officially unveiled over the weekend.
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, Qualcomm's most recent addition to the 7-series chipset family, is manufactured using an advanced 4nm process. It boasts an octa-core CPU configuration, featuring four high-performance cores running at a clock speed of 2.4GHz and four power-efficient cores operating at 1.9GHz. It's worth noting that the 7s Gen 2 lags slightly behind the 7+ Gen 2 in terms of connectivity capabilities, equipped with the FastConnect 6700 connectivity system.
Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro (model Xiaomi 2312CRAD3C) is expected to offer configurations with up to 16GB of RAM, as indicated in the listings. The device will run on Android 13, presumably with Xiaomi's MIUI 14 skin on top.
In another exciting development, Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be powered by the Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset. With this announcement, all eyes are now on the regular Note 13 as the sole remaining piece of the puzzle prior to the official launch event.
